These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, client portal, and any products or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our other policies posted on unimatrixhosting.com, including our Privacy Policy and any Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), if published. These policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If you purchase a domain name, SSL certificate, software license, or other third-party product through us, you may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and conditions.
By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information, including a valid email address for notices and support communications.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner and in compliance with these Terms and any posted AUP. You must not use the Services to:
Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or theft
Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Conduct unauthorized access attempts, scanning, or exploitation of systems
Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) or operate open relays
Host content or operate services that materially degrade server performance or network stability
Infringe intellectual property rights of others
We may suspend or terminate Services where we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, or threatens the stability or security of our infrastructure.
You may upload, store, publish, display, or distribute content through the Services (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content and any activity conducted using your hosting account, including content on websites you host (“User Websites”).
You represent and warrant that:
You have all necessary rights to use and publish User Content; and
Your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
To provide the Services, you grant Unimatrix Hosting a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, and transmit User Content solely as necessary to operate and support the Services (including reasonable backup and maintenance activities).
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of User Content and User Websites. Any backup services we provide are offered as a convenience and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:
customer error,
compromised credentials,
software vulnerabilities,
third-party actions,
hardware failure,
or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Services may be subject to resource limits (including CPU, memory, disk, inodes, bandwidth, database usage, and email sending). You agree not to use the Services in a way that unreasonably interferes with other customers or our systems.
If your account causes excessive load or threatens system stability, we may require you to reduce usage, upgrade to a more suitable plan, or take corrective action, including temporary suspension.
We may provide access to third-party products and services (such as domain registration, SSL certificates, licenses, or integrations). These are subject to the third party’s terms, availability, and policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their performance, features, or availability.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as described at checkout or in your invoice. Services are generally billed in advance.
Hosting services are provided on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a recurring service, you authorize automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date via your client portal.
You may cancel at any time prior to renewal to prevent future charges.
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or termination. We are not responsible for downtime or disruption caused by non-payment.
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes or duties required by your jurisdiction.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact us first to allow us to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary suspension of the affected Services while the dispute is reviewed.
We will cooperate fully with payment providers in resolving legitimate disputes.
We offer a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial service activation date.

SSL certificates
Software licenses
Add-on services
Renewal payments after the initial billing period
Refund requests must be submitted through our support system or by email to support@unimatrixhosting.com.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, by requesting immediate activation of digital services (such as web hosting), you acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately and you may lose your statutory right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance may occur and may temporarily impact availability. We may perform emergency maintenance without notice when necessary.
Except for User Content, all website materials, software, branding, designs, text, and logos used to provide the Services are owned by or licensed to Unimatrix Hosting and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit our materials except as allowed by law or expressly permitted in writing.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIMATRIX HOSTING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIMATRIX HOSTING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unimatrix Hosting, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your use of the Services,
your User Content,
your violation of these Terms,
or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
We may monitor systems and logs for security, operational integrity, and abuse prevention. You consent to such monitoring for these purposes. We may immediately suspend any account that we reasonably believe is compromised or being used for malicious activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with any policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unimatrix Hosting regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
