Refund Policy

Unimatrix Hosting is operated by DARK NIGHT PRODUCTION LTD.

We offer a 14-day refund period in accordance with Dark Night Production Ltd’s refund policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. Refund requests may be submitted through our support team or directly via Paddle, our payment processor.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

After the 14-day refund period has passed, purchases are no longer eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Some Services are provided on a subscription basis (“Paid Subscriptions”). Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

If the price of a Paid Subscription changes, you will be notified in advance and, where required, asked to consent before the new price takes effect.

If you wish to cancel a Paid Subscription, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are issued for any unused time remaining in a subscription period after cancellation.

If we are unable to successfully charge your payment method at renewal and the subscription has not been cancelled, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the subscription until payment is resolved.
